This information is primarily needed to help us understand how you use our Services, help us improve our Services, maintain the security and operation of our Services, debug, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We collect log and usage data automatically when you use our Services, including activity details such as timestamps, pages viewed, and features accessed. This data also includes call and text information, such as the time, duration, and phone numbers involved. Additionally, User feedback is recorded through ratings and reviews from both Beneficiaries and Translators after each Service. We collect device event data, including system activity and error reports, as well as mobile device information like the operating system, device ID, and network details. Other device data, such as IP addresses, browser type, and hardware model, may also be collected depending on the device used.

2.3 Information Collected by Third Parties

We may provide you with the option to register with us using an existing social media account details, such as your Facebook or Apple account. If you register via Facebook or Apple, we receive your respective account identifier. Using Facebook Login allows us to access basic account details like your name, email, gender, birthday, city, and profile picture, as permitted by your privacy settings. If you interact with us on social media (e.g., Facebook or Twitter), we may also receive information like your name and email. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

We may also receive information from third-party services that facilitate communication between Beneficiaries and Translators and other Services (see Section 2.2 (Information Tarjimly Collects Automatically) above).

2.4 Recording of User Interactions

We record certain interactions within our Services to safeguard Users, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve the functionality of our platform by identifying and resolving bugs, in addition to supporting both operational improvements and enhanced security across our platform. 

We automatically record all conversations, calls, and certain app interactions within the Tarjimly platform to ensure User safety, prevent misuse, support quality control, and improve functionality. Session recordings include chat messages, photos, voice notes, and documents exchanged between Beneficiaries and Translators, allowing Users to revisit past translations. Call recordings, including 3-way calls, help address complaints and maintain service integrity. Additionally, screen recordings may be used to analyze app interactions for debugging and improvement but do not capture conversation or call data. All recordings are handled securely and used solely for their intended purposes.

3. How We Process Your Data

We process your information to enable account creation and authentication, manage your account, facilitate secure payments, deliver requested Services, and support User communications within our platform.

Once a Translator accepts a service request from a Beneficiary, we share certain data with Beneficiaries and Translators so that they can see each other's first name, and photo if provided.

Where allowed by law, we reserve the right to retain usage data related to your sessions, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to prevent fraud, provide quality assurance, assist with investigations or comply with legal requirements after your account has been deleted. Usage data refers to data such as metadata (information about session times, durations, types of interactions (e.g., chat or call), but without personal identifiers), analytical data (minutes of translation provided, languages requested) and statistical data. While we take strong precautions to safeguard User data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of Users' data. Tarjimly takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, as with all Internet-based systems, transmission of data carries some inherent risks, and we cannot fully ensure or warrant its security.
