Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Tarjimly provides fast, affordable and purpose-driven translation and interpretation services to power language access and care equity for organizations everywhere. All profits go towards funding free and low-cost language services access for displaced people and the teams who support them. We believe everyone deserves to be heard and understood, regardless of language.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our passionate team. This role will help tell Tarjimly story on social media and in blog posts and comms, engaging our diverse communities, and supporting our growth. You’ll share our brand and our message across social media, emails and newsletters, ad campaigns and our blog, playing a crucial role in building awareness and driving impact.

1. Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Produce and execute a monthly content calendar (~3 posts/week).
• Create a mix of engaging content from prompts, including:
  
  • B2B Outreach: Content for healthcare, schools, and non-profit sectors.
  • User/Org Updates: Impact stories, new feature launches, and announcements.
  • Translator Community: Testimonials, stories, meetups, and milestones.
  • General Interest: Global events, awareness days, and language access topics.
• Design high-quality graphics using Canva and or Figma Templates
• Schedule and publish posts using Buffer, Meta Business Suite and native platform tools.
• Monitor and engage with our community by responding to inquiries on Instagram and Facebook.

2. Email Marketing & Newsletters

• Produce and distribute two monthly newsletters using BeeFree (design) and Sendy (distribution):
  
  • User Newsletter: For beneficiaries, featuring announcements, testimonials, and updates.
  • Translator Newsletter: Curating content from the Translation Team on community highlights and opportunities.
• Draft and send one-off email updates for specific announcements (e.g., new features, reminders) to targeted user or translator lists via Sendy.
• Manage the end-to-end workflow from drafting in Google Drive to final distribution.

3. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Research, write, and publish blog posts, landing pages, and campaign assets as needed

4. Digital Advertising Support

• Ongoing management and adjustment of Google Ads campaigns
• Support efforts focused on user acquisition and B2B outreach.
• Monitor performance and suggest optimizations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or coordinator role.
• Proven familiarity and hands-on experience with the core tools: Google Ads, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Buffer (or similar scheduler).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences (B2B, beneficiaries, volunteers).
• Strong graphic design skills and high proficiency with Canva.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (experience with Sendy and BeeFree is a significant plus).
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• A genuine passion for language access, social impact, humanitarian work, and Tarjimly's mission.
